Prince William & Kate Middleton have been photographed together for the first time in months, not having a romantic dinner or visiting a London nightclub, but during a shooting party in the fields of Sandringham.
Sporting a beard, Wills and his on-off girlfriend were photographed by paps who were standing on public road, delighting in shooting birds at the Queen's Christmas residence. Donning her now infamous fur hat, Middleton took aim and shot at anything with feathers. Along with the pair was Prince Harry and an unidentified woman.
A source told the News of the World about William's beard: “He has been back about a week and knew it was only a matter of time before someone spotted him. Everyone has been saying it makes him look like some of the old British kings. No one is sure if he’s going to keep it. But it’s here for now.”
A spokesman for Animal Aid Charity was disappointed to see Kate Middleton shooting pheasant, telling the Mail on Sunday: ‘It’s depressing that Kate should be drawn into the Royal habit of killing for fun. There is no tradition of shooting in her family, yet she is now senselessly taking the lives of birds. It seems that you cannot enter the Royal Family’s inner circle without spilling blood for pleasure.’
