Hmm, perhaps it has escaped the notice of the author of the article that Harry has been photographed out once since returning, and that smoking, like all addictions, is hard to quit. The article also blames Harry spending time with his girlfriend Chelsy Davy, who coincidently is 'also a smoker', for not managing to give up smoking despite his genuine attempt.
